This is the 8-page souvenir booklet given to all 147 boys of the 1939 evacuation to Appleby. It appears to have been written by Mr WM Hunter, with illustrations by Mr H Stephenson. This particular copy belonged to Jack Urwin of IVc and on page 6, he has marked with a cross where he lived (in Thanet Terrace, near the Central School and between the two railway stations).
